
How to make Butter Chicken in the Instant Pot - extremely easy and quick curry recipe
This is delicious and so easy to make!
Ingredients:
1lb boneless chicken (breast or thighs)
1 14oz can of diced tomatoes
1/2 cup evaporated milk
4oz stick of butter (diced)
1tsp crushed garlic
1tsp garam masala
1tsp cumin
1tsp salt
1tsp paprika
1tsp turmeric
1tsp ginger
1/4tsp cayenne pepper
10 minutes high pressure, 10 minutes natural release, food process tomatoes for a thicker sauce, and serve over rice.
Makes about 4 servings and takes about 30 minutes total.
Substitutions:
Chicken can be subbed for cauliflower and/or potatoes (reduce cooking time to 4 minutes)
Butter can be subbed for ghee or margarine.
Evaporated milk can be subbed for heavy whipping cream/heavy cream or coconut milk.
