HOW TO MAKE COMPLETE PROTIEN SHAKE
Hi,
I joined Gym during the spring of 2021 and I go to the gym regularly. Recently, to optimize my gains, I changed my diet and workout plan. I am more focusing on what I am eating and trying to stay consistent with my diet as much as possible. In this video, I am sharing my "COMPLETE PROTEIN SHAKE" recipe which I take as my lunch meal. I certainly started seeing the benefits of it within the first 2 weeks itself.
