Once you got that down, essentially it's
Open the game using Control Shift Backspace (Special K menu)
Texture Management, set cache to maximum
then go in the game to what you want to retexture (works on nearly anything like clothes and objects)
open render mod tools, the menu at the top left shows active textures, use [ ] to scroll
when you find the flashing texture in-game, dump
go to where special k's SRTTR and find the texture dump folder, edit and put it in the inject folder
