UNetbootin
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gezakovacs/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install unetbootin -y

sudo fdisk -l
sudo umount /dev/sdb1
cd /home/username/Downloads/
sudo dd if=ubuntu-18.04.3-desktop-amd64.iso of=/dev/sdb1 bs=4M
Test Bootable Disk
sudo apt-get install qemu
Once qemu installed run this command
sudo qemu-system-x86_64 -hda /dev/sdb
