Who doesn't love mall pretzels? Follow along as Jessica Lugo (@bakemepretti) makes these tantalizing, sugary, buttery treats from scratch! Check out the full recipe below. What you'll need:- 1 ½ cups warm water (100 – 110° F)- 1 tbsp sugar- 1 packet of dry yeast- 1 tsp salt- 3 ½ cups flour- ¼ cup baking soda- Standing mixerCinnamon sugar topping- 4 tbsp melted butter- 2 tbsp cinnamon- 1 cup sugarCombine warm water with sugar and yeast in mixing bowl. Stir until ingredients are well combined. Let sit for 10 minutes or until mixture becomes foamy.
