UBE LECHE FLAN RECIPE
For the Syrup:
-You can cook it direct to the pan
-Combine 1/3 cup White Sugar & 2 Tablespoons water
-cook over low to medium heat until turns to honey gold color.
-Let it cool and prepare the custard.
Custard Ingredients:
-10 egg yolks
-1/2 cup condensed milk
-1 1/2 cup eveporated milk
-1 Tablespoon ube food flavoring
- Small drop of violet food coloring
-secret recipe: put small amount of iodized salt
Steam for 45 minutes to 1:30 time when needed.
after, let it cool and put in refrigerator for 3-4 hours
