How To Make Vegan Japanese Purin...kinda (86, Mieruko-chan)
We're obsessed with 86 -Eighty Six- (86ーエイティシックスー) and Mieruko-chan (見える子ちゃん). What do they have in common, though? Characters from both enjoy classic Japanese PURIN (プリン)! Although we're not making a traditional purin with animal products like eggs, milk, and gelatin, we're still trying VEGAN purin! Using a recipe from the wildly popular channel Okinomi Kitchen hosted by @lisa.kitahara.
Note: neither of us have ever made or eaten purin so...let's see how it goes lol.
