How to Measure Compile Time in Unity
You can use EditorApplication.isCompiling to know when Unity is compiling code and use that to measure how long it takes.
To speed up compilation time you can use Assembly Definitions which I covered in detail in a lecture in my Ultimate Unity Overview course
