Scrakes a have a predictable slow lunge attack. You can Bait the attack and wait for a nice heashot.

Although it's generally common knowledge that Scrakes have a slow vulnerable and exploitable attack when calm, it's less known that Fleshpounds also have a predictable jump attack.

Fleshpounds have 3 unique jump attack animations. It's too fast to react to each one, but if you jump, the Head is generally in the same area and covers all the options.

You don't necessarily need to jump, but if it does teh animation where ti covers it's head you only have a very short window to shoot the head. However by jumping you have a larger window to hit it.
