So yeah. Found out from a user named Gredran that the Rock Band Microphone can be used for recording and that it's actually a high quality mic. Much to my surprise, he was right. So, I threw together a quick 30 minute mic test before class to see how it worked.

I think it was a success, but I thought I'd get some opinions on the sound quality. Better, worse, or the same?

Really. I want to hear what you guys think. How do the voices sound, how the sound quality, the audio levels, etc? Some of you may not hear much, but I know a few of you have an ear for this kind of thing. So, a nice third person view is appreciated.

Few Quick Notes:
1. Each line was done in 1-3 takes. So, if you're ever curious which characters give me the most trouble, listen for the ones that sound a little "different" in this video.

2. I'm also testing some slightly new things with the censor beep and Metaknight here.

3. Yes, I do actually do this kinda thing for mic tests and just to practice. I have had entire conversations with myself when no one was watching just to keep my vocal chords in good shape. I don't recommend it unless you're ENTIRELY sure no one can hear you.

4. Yes, I know it's "Here is my HANDLE". Like I said 1-3 takes each (essentially until the lines sounded okay).

5. Almost no editing on this one. So, you will hear some static, line mistimings, and weird deliveries of lines in here. This isn't the mic, but just my laziness.

6. No. This is not canon.
