1- Launch Pokemon HOME on switch
2- Select any user profile to launch it, preferably your main one
3- On "Select a game to connect to Pokémon HOME" screen, on top, select your profile name
4- Confirm that you want to check a different user's save data.
5- Choose your secondary account's save file
6- Connect to Pokémon Sword/Shield of that profile.
7- Move any pokémons you want to pokémon home, save.
8- Select your own profile save data now.
9- Move any pokémons you want to your original account.
