robocopy "SOURCE" "DESTINATION" /sec /move /e

- robocopy is having your computer create a exact copy in your destination
- /sec copies the security files
- /move deletes the original, making it seem like the source 'moved'
- /e copies the sub-directories, including empty ones.

mklink "SOURCE" "DESTINATION" /d

- /d is the type of symbolic link
