To mute everyone in a party chat on Xbox One, you can follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the side menu.
Scroll down to parties & chats and select it.
Select the party you are currently in.
You will see a list of all the party members on the right side of the screen.
Select the party options button (three dots) next to the party member’s name you want to mute.

Select mute from the drop-down menu that appears
