1) Update the Instagram app to the latest version
2) Open Instagram and log in to your account
3) Tap on the profile icon at the bottom right
4) From the top right, tap on the three horizontal lines icon
5) In the pop-up menu, select Settings
6) Now go to Notifications
7) You could simply pause all notifications if you want
8) Else, go ahead and customize the notifications for each setting manually.
