If you want to navigate the massive crowds when visiting Walt Disney World you simply have to take an indirect approach.

Walk to the side.
Cut thru buildings on Main Street to cool off and pop out at the end to go around and see the castle up close from the side.
Reserve as many stops as possible and map your way there with the Genie app stopping at any attractions on the way with little to no wait.
Don’t be afraid to use single riser standby lines.
Wait until parades to get in lines for roses.
Wait until evening when a lot of families clear out.
Stay on property to get magic hours and get to your attractions first.
Rope drop the big ones!
Have fun and lower the expectations that you will see everything and it will be smooth.
Plan ahead and be willing to move things around by keeping an eye on the ride times in the app.
