1. walk sideways into the window, you can only do it with the [A] key because the walking animation slightly tilts your torso to the right when it starts, making it impossible to do with [D]

2. time your jump for the EXACT moment your character starts to tilt on the windowsill and keep holding [A] until your land. this will propel your character at an angle, launching you just far enough to land on the marginally raised patch of grass that stops you from stumbling
