To install Call of Duty: Warzone without installing Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 on your PS5 or Xbox, follow these steps:

On PS5
Search for Warzone in the Store:

Go to the PlayStation Store or Library.
Search for Call of Duty: Warzone specifically, not Black Ops 6.
Start the Download for Warzone Only:

Select Warzone from the options.
If the system prompts you to install additional content, deselect Black Ops 6 or any campaign packs.
Manage Download Content:

During or after starting the download:
Press the Options button on Warzone in your Library.
Choose Manage Game Content.

Uncheck content related to Black Ops 6 (campaign, multiplayer, etc.).
Confirm Free-To-Play Version:
