Hi, this 'How To' video shows you how to operate the convenience feature on a 2012 Mercedes Benz C180 (w204). The convenience feature allows you to open and close all the windows and sunroof via the key without being in the vehicle. This is really useful on a hot day to air the car before getting into it. Although this video shows a Mercedes this feature is common on a lot of makes & models in the last 15 years so give it a go to see if it works. On some cars you can insert your key in the door lock and turn it clockwise, release, then turn it clockwise again and hold. Turning the key counter clockwise will usually raise the windows back up.
