Hi friends!
In this video I show you how to paint a pirate ship in a vast ocean, using watercolor :D
This is the narrated version for the time-lapse video I uploaded several days ago (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3kxrCAwuL3o). It's still quite fast, but I wanted to make it a little slower so that I can talk about what guided me when making this painting.
What I really wanted out of this one is to be as free as possible when creating it, and to feel free to go wild! I think this is exactly what happened here (:
As I mentioned, it's really interesting to see an old painting with fresh eyes. I think I came a long way since, and I see tons of things I could improve. BUT, it was super fun to make!!
