How to Pair Your Xbox Series X|S Controller to Multiple Devices

I didn't see anyone mention this in their review for the Xbox Series X or S, so after getting my console at the end of launch week, I decided to figure it out for myself. After less than 5 minutes I had my answer.

1. Hold pair button next to USB-C port until the Xbox logo starts blinking.
2. Click the sync button on the console and wait until the Xbox logo is solid.
3. Hold pair button again until Xbox logo starts blinking.
4. Go to Bluetooth setting on the other device and pair the controller.

Once the devices are paired turn off the controller by holding the power button.

Connecting to Your Device of Choice:
To connect to the Bluetooth device, hold the pair button until the Xbox logo starts blinking. You might need to reboot your device if you're having issues.

To connect to the Xbox, hold the Xbox button until the light comes on.

Switching to Your Device of Choice:
To switch to your Xbox from the Bluetooth device, double tap the pair button.

To switch to your Bluetooth device from the Xbox, hold the pair button until the Xbox logo starts blinking.
