Steps:
- For some reason pinning conversations is only available on IOS at the moment, it is not possible to pin conversations on android.
- When you pin someone on snapchat it means that that person's conversation will always be pinned to the top of your chats, so you will never miss a chat from them.
- From the camera screen of snapchat swipe from left to right to get to the friends screen.
- Hold down on the chat of the person you want to pin, then tap more, from the popup menu.
- Tap on pin conversation from the menu that appears.
- You can see that the conversation is now pinned, by the little pin icon after their name.
- To unpin a conversation, hold down on the conversation you want to unpin and then tap more.
- From the menu that appears tap unpin conversation.
