Steps:

- The easiest way to do this is to go to your Mac desktop screen.

- Click ‘go’ from the top toolbar and then select ‘Applications’.

- Click on the application you want to delete in order to highlight it.

- Once its highlighted, click on ‘file’ and then select ‘move to bin’ . you may need to enter your Mac password to confirm the deletion.

- This will uninstall the application.

- You can also uninstall applications here by dragging the app into the trash can.

- The keyboard shortcut “command & backspace” will also delete an app once its been highlighted.

- Its also possible to delete some apps via the launchpad.. Hold down your mouse on any app to edit the launchpad, the same way you would do it on an iphone.

- Apps that can be deleted here will have a little x beside them which you can click to delete it.
