Here a good suggestion made by "Eldaru"
--Lets face it. Anyone who has played this class at all knows our primary job is to kill healers while our secondary job is to kill other casters. Casters without healers fall so easily I won't even talk about them, but I will give some pointers on killing healers.
Use your direct damage attacks (Razor Strike and Absolution) and forget DoTs. I tried DoTs in OB, started up the Inquisition mastery tree. After changing my tactics and using direct damage as a WE during OB, I won't go back to DoTs. The last couple of days playing as a WH, and especially as a R11 in the Nordenwatch scenario, have confirmed this and have been enlightening.
I know I know, Fervor does more damage than Razor Strike for fewer action points, and maybe using it once or twice at the beginning of a fight is ok, but I did quite alright without using it, and a lot better than I did when making sure I always had a stack of 3 Fervors ticking. The same goes doubly so with Burn, Heretic! Maybe if you can start a fight with it, but otherwise absolutely use Absolution!
Your Rank 1 Morale ability should be Sever Nerve, no exceptions! I know Confusing Movements looks tempting, but burst damage is much more important than melee immunity. Your only melee target is a DoK, and they should be easy, especially with Burn Armor on them. Anyhow, you should be using Sever Nerve whenever possible. It only has a one minute cooldown and Morale builds to rank 1 quickly.
Once you hit R16 (I have not yet), make liberal use of Silence the Heretic. It may only last 3 seconds but using it at the right time would allow you to take out a healer a lot more quickly. Also, at R35 you should start using Blessed Bullets of Confession (why is this in the Inq. mastery and not the Confession mastery?).
I currently have not decided which yet, but I plan on going far enough up either the Inq. or the Judg. mastery line to get the 9 point skill. I haven't yet decided and am waiting to see the effectiveness of BB of Confession before I do. Obviously, either one of these could be very valuable (Pistol Whip with Feinted Positioning if necessary? yes please).
My last tip, and this one is a little more complicated, is how to pick a target. Use Incognito when flanking! This skill is invaluable. Use it in conjunction with smart moving while not stealthed to get around your enemy without them knowing. Find the healer by himself, the one in a position where another healer won't notice right away. Use one of your surprise attacks. Even at R11, using Burn Armor is worth it for two free Accusations. In later levels, I recommend Fanatical Zeal. Sudden Accusation is nice, but they may not run and they have to heal themselves, so Fanatical Zeal is the better choice.
And of course, make sure to know when to run! If you can't kill someone, don't stay and fight. Doing damage may look good on the scoreboard, but killing someone is the ultimate goal. If you need to, Get Thee Behind Me! and Flee! Sigil of Sigmar is best saved for running until you get Declare Anathema and even after that. Live to fight another day (or at least get back in the fight more quickly). The same goes after you get the kill, assess the situation and move on to the next target or flee if necessary.
So I guess that concludes my lesson. If anyone has other tips/suggestions they would like to add, please do so. Positive criticism and discussion is very welcome!--
