Download and install play on linux if you haven't already ( https://www.playonlinux.com/en/ ).
Make an account at ( https://www.eveonline.com/ ) and download the game.
Download DXVK 1.7 at ( https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk/releases/tag/v1.7 ).
Install EVE Online using play on linux with wine version 5.1-stagging 64 bit.
After installing drop the dxvk 1.7 d3d9 file in the EVE Online folder.
Open Configure Wine and hit the Libraries tap and search for d3d9 and hit add, make sure its n,b.
