Seriously, this is how you should play to always perform flawless dance moves in this game. I call it the hammer move.

Trick to "always" perform flawless dance moves:

Keep your controller still in a horizontal line facing the screen, as if you pointed the ball against the screen, but remember to keep the long side of the controller horizontally flat.

Whenever you are asked to do a dance move ("the move" passes through the marker), shake your controller once as if it was a hammer:
1. You don't need to start right away, but make sure you do it after the move has got to the bottom and they want you to perform the dance move.
2. Pretty quickly from the horizontal line facing the screen lift it up against the side of your face.
3. Very quickly move it down back to the horizontal line as if it was a hammer.
4. Keep it still as described earlier until the next dance move.

Imagine it is a hammer and you're lifting it up and smashing it down at a 90 degree angle every time you're asked to perform a dance move.

You don't need to stand, you can sit on your couch if you want.

It does not really matter if the PlayStation Eye Camera sees the PlayStation Move Motion Controller or not, but the trick seems to work better if the camera does not see the controller.

This trick can be done by bending your wrist instead of your elbow too. Elbow is more precise, but it's good for your arm to vary.

Beware static movements such as this can damage your elbow joint. Go easy on your arm, take some breaks and stop if you get a tickling feeling in your arm or it starts to hurt.
