Loxodont is one of the newest characters being added to the brand new game Rivals 2 which is coming out later this year. Rivals 2 is a platform fighter that is looking to shake up the genre with it's innovative game design and amazing gameplay.

Loxodont is a character all about standing your ground. His unique mechanic encourages him to setup magma rifts that grant him charges to perform special actions. As long as you stand steady and don't let your opponent in you can build up your magma armor to finish off your opponent in style.

There's a lot to learn about Loxodont and I unfortunately only had a weekend to play as him but I hope that what I was able to learn in this first beta weekend is still helpful to those who want to learn how to main the future immortal emperor of Aether.
