*serching on reddit i found out that some people had java update 400+ working on windows XP but in my case the installer won't open, this is the version that works fine for me.
**this teamspeak version is the last to work on windows XP, it will work also on vista ,7, 8, 8.1,10 and 11 you will just get a warning because its the 32Bits version, please also note that you will only be able to connect to our server, newer teamspeak 3 servers won't let you connect
