First of all sorry for the blur..

Second, Here are the requirements :
1. A version of ULSW Mugen extracted in PC
2. Strong Internet connected to both devices. Could be on the other side of Earth but need internet to be nice
3. Two devices. Can be a phone (like in the video)

Third, Let's start with what you do in PC :
1. Download Anydesk from the official site and install it. Needs windows 7 32 bit at least
2. Open it and create an account. Dw it isn't harmful at all
3. It will show you a remote server code. Input it in the anydesk app on any other device.
4. After you're connected, Open the game. Set controls different for both devices so the other person can control another character.
5. Enjoy!

Stuff to do in mobile :
1. Download Anydesk from playstore. Unlike pc version you don't need an account.
2. Put in the code your remote server pc shows
3. Set buttons from inside the game with your keyboard or use gamepad app
4. If you're using gamepad app, Follow the instructions from the video and put settings as I have mentioned.
5. Set buttons like I did but you can sacrifice the Y button for start as Y mostly is useless in the game
6. Again enjoy!

P.S. It is complicated on pc to mobile connection but easy in pc to pc. I would put a version of anydesk in the game's folder but sadly the app needs updating.
