Hey guys today I'm going to show you how to play Nintendo Badge Arcade on ANY 3DS system without having to update to the latest firmware. So for example if you're using an n3DS with emunand firmware 9.5 then you can still play Nintendo Badge Arcade.

This is 100% safe, but you should have an emuNAND backup regardless.
