To launch ePSXe with the widescreen hack enabled, open it with the "Widescreen Hack" shortcut (it's simply a shortcut that points to the exe but with "-widescreen 1" added). Simply clicking the exe will run it without widescreen enabled.

In the emu, you need to select "PeteOpenGL2 Tweaks 2.0" as graphics plugin and configure it as follows: http://imgur.com/E1iVYx5

What's really important is that you set both "Texture Filtering" and "Hi-Res Textures" to 0, you need to do that for the XBR-Z texture filtering to work properly.

For the shader click the little "..." button and select c:\[yourfolder]\epsxe\plugins\shaders\

That's just a colour correction shader to make it look a little nicer.


You can change the SweetFX settings by going into the SweetFX folder and open "SweetFX_settings.txt" in notepad, although I do recommend that you first try my settings.
