How to Play StarFox 64 in 4K with Project64!
25This is a tutorial on how to set up Project 64 1.6 to play some games in 4K, due to people always asking me how to set up things I've included some popups this time. Basically just follow my instructions in the video.
This game works particulary well with the advance settings of the emulator due to the nature of the game itself, because you dont have control of the camera, very few glitches appear only. But dont expect it to work well on other games. Use them at your own risk!
I know the recorded video is not true 4K, due to bandwith issues I have it would take ages to upload. So this is a 4K gameplay of StarFox 64 DOWNSAMPLED to 1080p using Nvidia's DSR feature (Dynamic Super Resolution). You need to enable this in the Nvidia Control Panel OR have a true 4K monitor, otherwise the 4K resolution won't appear in the settings list. But what you see is pretty much exactly how it would look on a 4K display. Oh and its 60 fps too! :P
