A video update to help out a few gamers who still cannot play SWTOR with their wired Xbox 360 controllers.
Read my suggestions below.

I thought of more things to try:

Run Xpadder with ADMINISTRATIVE PRIVILEGES.
Make sure controller is plugged in first and THEN run Xpadder.
Make sure XPADDER is running by looking for a single gray smiley controller icon in the system tray.
Make sure only ONE icon is present, it is possible to run more than one instance of Xpadder. Not good.
Make sure SWTOR is running in WINDOWED mode.
Follow all of the directions from my first video.
