In this tutorial video I am going to be teaching you all how to make your very OWN competitive ready Pokemon in Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire with the use of Powersaves.
This is a full in-depth guide on how to make your own Pokemon from scratch, similiar to Pokegen/ Pokesav.

For this method you will need:

- Internet Access
- A computer
- Powersaves
- A copy of either Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire (X&Y Works too)
- A 3DS
