++How to Create BAT Files++

To create a BAT file, create a new .txt file and save it in your Fallout 4 directory folder found at /SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Fallout 4.

To run the BAT file in-game, open up the console using the tilde ~ key, and type BAT filename.

Sometimes settlers will revert to their previous outfits when you fast travel away and come back. To prevent this, after you use a BAT file to change costumes, open the settler trade dialogue, and then un-equip and re-equip a settler's items, then exit.
