Steps:

- On chromebook, you are able to re-order both the apps on the shelf, and the apps in the app menu.

- To reorder apps in the Shelf, simply hold down on an icon to select it and then drag it to the desired position in the shelf. Or drag it out of the shelf and drop it on the desktop to remove it from the shelf.

- Re-ordering apps in the app menu is similar, just hold down on the app you want to move and drag it to its new position in the list of apps.
