Go to
Storage-Emulated-0-Android-Data
-Com.mojang.minecraftpe-files-games
-com.mojang-resource_packs-CursorForMcpeV3-subpacks-

And choose what cursor you want to re-Size

If you chosen black (as shown in the video)
Go to folder "Black" , then go to folder "Ui" and open the json file called "debug_screen.json" with Quick Edit.

Finally find the line
"size" :[15, 15]
And change the numbers to how big you want the cursor to be. (They should be the same)
Then save and quit, go open minecraft and it should appear bigger/smaller
