This is a simple, no special tools used rebuild process. The nitrogen can be gotten at any local tire shop or possibly a suspension shop. Most automotive shops that have the ability to fill nitrogen tires, will be able to fill the shock res. Showa Shocks are rather straight forward and simpleton rebuild. If they are old and crusty like this 1986 Honda ATC 250R shock. Make sure to use shock fluid and not fork oil, they are different. See fork fluid video.    • Fork Oil and Shock Oil Are NOT The Same!
