This video will teach you guys how to record using the amazing FREE program OBS Studio in 2017 with the BEST SETTINGS i have tried and tested. For 1080p 60fps super smooth lag free, low file sized videos you can go ahead and edit and upload to YouTube in the best final quality in the simplest of ways.

AMD Encoder Settings:
Recording Format: MP4
Encoder: AMD VCE / H264 Encoder (AMD Advanced Media Framework)
Preset: Indistinguishable
Quality Preset: Quality
Rate Control: CQP

x264 Encoder Settings: * Only use this if its the only option*
Recording Format: MP4
Encoder: x264
Rate Control: CRF
CRF: 20
CPU Preset: Very high or higher

If you do run into any issues with performance or video lag, try recording to a secondary (preferablly empty) Hard Drive, also try adjusting the process priority as shown in the video.
