In this video, we’ll learn how to force the MacBook to use 16:9 so we can record optimized videos for YouTube, as well as for recording 4K videos instead of the QHD resolution on the native internal monitor. This is possible by using HDMI Dummy Plug or HDMI Dummy Adapter. This adapter tricks the MacBook into thinking that it's connected to an external 4K screen. This fake screen is what we will use to record in native 4K 16:9 resolution.
