How To... Recording gameplay: OBS Settings

This is just a short series of videos initially for Crimp Games to show what I use to record and what settings, but hopefully it has something for others to take away from it.
In this video we cover the settings for OBS and shove quick sync down your throat. Hope it helps.
NOTE: Quick Sync is only available to Intel based processors, I am not aware of anything similar for AMD based systems.
