You can fairly easily recover your lost Longship after being disconnected from a server. You'll need to pay attention to a few things first however. I will guide you through this process, don't worry 😎

Firstly. You'll need to know the approximate location of your ship during the last world save.

Secondly. You're obviously going to need another ship to go recover the one that was lost. I recommend a Carve for this. They're fairly easily dispensable, and you'll need to leave this ship as you jump to your lost ship to bring it back home, especially if you're playing solo.

Lastly. A little patience. This is of course dependent on how far your ship is.

I have been disconnected from server WHILE sailing a few times now. Enough so actually that I now feel confident in calling myself a Ship Recovery Specialist! Woohoo!
