Simply follow the steps as listed below in order to recover your Amazon account:
1. Firstly, open the Amazon app you have installed previously on your phone.
2. Tap on Forgot password and you will have to enter either your email or mobile number.
3. Tap on Continue then a verification code will be sent to you.
4. Duly enter the code in the designated box and tap on Continue.
5. Enter the following: new password and again new password in the respective boxes.
6. Lastly, tap on Save Changes.
