1. First of all, open the Hoop app you have installed on your phone.
2. Tap on the Log in with Snap option and tap on continue button displayed simultaneously.
3. Once you’re directed to the Snap chat login page, tap on Forgot Password option on the right side of the screen.
4. Then, duly verify your identity either by using your mobile number or email address.
5. An automatic verification code will be sent and enter the code to recover your account.
