To redeem a code using the PlayStation app on your phone, follow these steps:

Sign In: Open the PlayStation app and sign in with your PlayStation Network (PSN) account.

Access the PlayStation Store: Tap the three bars (menu icon) at the top-right corner of the screen.

Select “Redeem Code”: From the menu, choose “Redeem Code.”
Enter the Code: Carefully enter the 12-digit code provided to you.
Confirm: Select “Continue.” The credit or content associated with the code will now be applied to your account.
