The new playstation app makes redeeming codes on your ps4 or ps5 easy! On the app go to the playstation store and select the three lines on the top right, now a section to redeem code will appear. Enter the 12 digit voucher. If it doesn't work, try again at a later time and check the expiration date. Also, the voucher can only be redeemed once.
