🩺 Assuming no neurovascular compromise, place the patient prone with an assistant stabilizing the elbow in flexion against the bed while you use traction on the forearm, popping the olecranon back over the distal part of the humerus; procedural sedation and analgesia are needed. If ligaments are intact, prone placement may not be necessary, and you may be able to flex the elbow and then extend and "walk out" the forearm with traction.
