basically open the program then click maximum and minimize it (dont close it). then let it run in the background.

Open rivatuner, add geometry dash. Then select geometry dash. put your hz in the framerate limit, basically you need to remove 0.06 from your hz, so 60 - 0.06 = 59.94, then press enter and put on screen display off. if you dont want the fps counter.
ALSO rivatuner can be applied to any game. you just need to know where the .exe file is.
