Shadow Cloud Gaming PC's are amazing - but the Windows app "Adapt Max Bit Rate To Network Conditions" settings doesn't function as it should.
If you find the Latency & Packet Drop on your Internet Streaming Connection increases dramatically, manually adjust the max bit rate to around 5 Mb/s, wait for the quality of your connection to return to normal, then increase the max bit-rate to what you normally use, and that should fix & solve the problem.
