Windows 10 has a feature which compresses files on the ram to make more RAM but it does eat up more RAM while gaming than on other tasks because gaming demands more RAM than usual tasks.
On Windows 10, Just Cause 3 uses approximately 2.5 GB RAM out of my total 6 GB. But on Windows 7, Just Cause 3 uses 3.5 GB which is playing a role in reducing the stutter and fps drops.
