If you need to repair the console storage on your PS5, you can follow these steps:

Start by turning off your PS5 completely. You can do this by pressing and holding the power button on the front of the console until it beeps and turns off. Once the console is off, unplug the power cable from the back of the PS5 and wait for at least 10 seconds.
After the 10 seconds have passed, plug the power cable back into the console.

Press and hold the power button on the front of the PS5 until you hear a second beep. This will initiate the console's Safe Mode. Connect a controller to the PS5 using a USB cable.

In Safe Mode, you will see a menu of options on your screen. Using the controller, navigate to the "3, repair console storage" option and select it.
